In  my initial years of graduate study a significant part of my time was devoted to teaching in undergraduate labs and classes. Although it can be stressful at times, on the whole, I found the teaching experience enjoyable. This page is intended primarily as a resource for the students taking General Chemistry  or  anyone interested in instructional issues. It  provides links to chemistry related sites , general chemistry courses at other institutions, additional problem sets and Java applets designed to enhance the students understanding of the material. Information on courses taught previously is also available.
